WordPress 2.5 support coming soon
As some of you might know, our friends at Automattic are planning to release version 2.5 of WordPress today. We’ve been getting a lot of emails about compatibility with the Defensio plugin.
At this moment, our plugin is not yet 100% compatible with WP 2.5. We have already started making the needed adjustments and we expect to release an update in the next few days. It might be wise to wait a couple of days before upgrading to 2.5.
We’ll keep you posted here.

This plugin for WP is the ONLY thing that will stop me upgrading to 2.5. Everything else can go hang but I can’t be without my Defensio!

Collin: I have a little secret for you… the latest version of our plugin supports the current alpha of WP 2.5.
The reason we haven’t announced that we officially support WP 2.5 yet is that it’s still a moving target. (As you know, they haven’t released 2.5 yet, it’s been delayed) As soon as the “final” version comes out, we’ll be ready, or at least, we hope to be!

Yeah, I’m running Defensio for the first time (thought I’d finally try it out — liking it so far) on WP 2.5. No bugs that I can see so far.

I’m really pleased with Defensio’s performance on my blog. Although I won’t be an early adopter of WP 2.5 I’m also glad to hear the you are ready to go.
